Holly Jordt, BSN, MPH

Public Health Program Officer


Holly is a Public Health Program Officer for the Montana Public Health Institute (MTPHI). In this role, she supports the development and implementation of MTPHI initiatives. Through building relationships and connecting public health professionals to resources, Holly works to address challenging health issues and empower local and tribal health departments to develop and implement prevention-focused and wellness-oriented services for all Montanans.

Holly has a passion for public health and prevention work. She enjoys working collaboratively to create systems change that will improve health outcomes for all. Holly is focused on health equity and ensuring that all individuals are represented in MTPHI initiatives.

Holly is a Registered Nurse and acquired her Master of Public Health from the University of Montana. She provided nursing care in the hospital setting prior to entering the field of public health. Holly has sixteen years of experience in local public health, working in the areas of maternal and child health, immunizations, reproductive health, behavioral health and addressing the social determinants of health. Holly joined MTPHI in November 2020.
